Rob Hoobroeckx - Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer
Inspired Solutions LLC was founded in 2009 by Rob Hoobroeckx who holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering. Rob has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He managed several Risk Engineering and Underwriting related functions at international insurers prior to starting his own business. Inspired Solutions has grown substantially under his leadership, with consistent double digit CAGR over the last 14 years.
Tim Walker - Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Tim joined Inspired Solutions in 2023, following a 23 year international career in P&C non-life risk management. Until recently, Tim was Group Chief Risk Officer and ExCo member for a privately held insurance legacy acquirer, holding 30 acquisitions and risk transfers with total liabilities of $9bn. Over an 11 year period he was responsible for founding, building and continuously developing the businesses' enterprise risk function. He previously held local regulated CRO positions in UK, Ireland, Bermuda and the US.
